ARRIVAL

 ✈️ Please plan to fly into and out of Liberia Airport. This is a smaller airport than San Jose, but closer to the Nosara Coast. It is a 2.5 hour drive from the Liberia Airport to Bodhi Tree Resort. 

 🚙 Included in the cost of the retreat is group ground transportation from Liberia Airport to Bodhi Tree Retreat Resort. As we get closer Bodhi Tree will gather everyone's flight information and arrange van pick ups accordingly. The transport is as a group so you may hang out just a bit for a few other retreat attendees to arrive to have at least 5 or so to drive together. 

📅 Plan on arriving by August 3rd. Sometime around noon is ideal. Check in at Bodhi Tree begins at 4pm. The only events on the itinerary for arrival day are Dinner around 6:30pm and an Opening Circle around 8pm. Arriving in Liberia around noonish (give or take a few hours) gets you to Bodhi Tree around check in time. 

DEPARTURE

Departure day will work similarly to arrival, but just in reverse 😉

 📅 Check out and departure from Bodhi Tree Resort is on August 10th at 10am. Again, the drive is 2.5 hours to Liberia from Bodhi Tree so I would  not plan my departing flight out of Liberia any earlier than 3pm to give enough time for travel, security, and check-in. Everyone has a different level of comfort with the airport arrival time (I, Holly, prefer to have a LOT of time at the airport prior to a flight). Bodhi Tree will also be arranging the van drop offs for your departure.  

Note: If you do not arrange your arrival and departure around these times you will be responsible for your own transportation to Bodhi Tree. Bodhi Tree can arrange that transportation for you, but it will be at your cost.
